A rare scenery painting!

This is a terrible photo (taken with my iphone) of a recent large painting I did of our local scenery.  But - gives the basic idea of what it's all about.... our dramatic skies!  I rarely paint scenery, and wasn't sure I could pull it off... but I'm really pleased with how this one turned out.   I really must take some better photos of it and post them... maybe soon.

These are a few photos I took the other day. We've had quite a bit of rain so everything was looking nice and green!
